Ribbon thermocouples are capable of 500 degrees Fahrenheit and manufactured at a nominal 0.012 inches in thickness at a ribbon width of 1/2 inch. This ribbon includes a pressure sensitive adhesive on an FEP release backer and coiled within a 4x5x1 inch dispenser. This dispenser reveals the tab of the thermocouple head, cut back from the end of the FEP release liner for easy separation. The ribbon thermocouple can be drawn from the dispenser and applied as needed. The dispenser allows for easy management of additional length and houses the thermocouple plug for removal at time of installation.
